The Most Expensive Daily Deal $60,000 – Is it a deal ?

Gilt City and Virgin have partnered up again. This time it is a 146 passenger private charter on a plane with your name on it.
This is the link : Click Here . The only problem is that the discount is not stated and we really don’t know if this is a deal at all.
The terms say it’s for any domestic flight and if you book far in advance on Virgin you can usually get a $500/person flight from coast to coast.
146 passengers x $500 = $73,000
$60,000 x 2 = $120,000 non-discounted price
$120,000 – $73,000 = $47,000 For The Name on the Plane.
Is this a daily deal or simply email marketing, is this just a publicity stunt? Did they line up a buyer then publish the deal? Who knows, but I’m interested in knowing how many of these sell.
